Iranian MS patients should use Iranian medications

Vice President of MS patients association in Khuzestan said: Recently due to changes that occurred in the importing these medicines, access to medicines for patients in all medical fields is not as easy as the past and MS medicines like Betaferon is not an exceptional case.

According to argued information, the store of Betaferon has been terminated and at this moments, there is only one drugstore which has this medicine. Although this medicine maybe found in the other towns of province. Doctor B. Shalbafan stated in an interview with Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) in Khuzestan.

Betaferon is a kind of medicine that controls 30% of MS disease and patient’s calmness is very effective for the control of 70 percent of it. so the concern for access of Betaferon drug and multiple problems in providing it, can have negative effects on the patient. She added.

The problems can make some difficulties for the patients psychologically and some attacks are repeated for the patients. Shalbafan argued directly.

In this situation some patients use the Iranian sample for the absence of the foreign sample because it is not only available but also free for everyone. Vice President of MS patients association in Khuzestan continued.

She told: There is it’s Iranian sample in the market, because it’s result is not clear some patients don’t accept the Iranian sample easily and this matter arises from some supposition on the bases of this reality that there is no equality between Iranian and forign sample. She told.  

Never the less, using the Iranian model of Betaferon never makes problems and the patients can use it in backing conditions. Shalbafan Noted.

بیماران مبتلا به MS از داروی ایرانی استفاده کنند
نایب رییس انجمن‌ بیماران مبتلا به MS خوزستان گفت: در چند وقت اخیر به دلیل تغییراتی که در روند واردات دارو رخ داده، دسترسی به دارو در همه فیلدهای درمانی برای بیماران به راحتی گذشته نیست و داروهای MS مانند بتافرون نیز از این مساله مستثنی نیست.
دکتر بیتا شالبافان در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار ‌خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران‌(ایسنا)، منطقه خوزستان، اظهار کرد: براساس اطلاعاتی که دریافت کردیم، موجودی داروی بتافرون در اهواز به پایان رسیده و در حال حاضر تنها یک داروخانه در آبادان این دارو را در اختیار دارد. هرچند ممکن است در شهرستان‌های دیگر استان نیز این دارو یافت شود.
وی افزود: بتافرون از داروهایی است که 30 درصد از بیماری MS را کنترل می‌کند و برای کنترل 70 درصد دیگر، آرامش بیمار تاثیرگذار است، بنابراین نگرانی برای دسترسی به داروی بتافرون و مشکلات متعدد در تهیه این دارو می‌تواند اثر منفی بر بیمار داشته باشد.
شالبافان تصریح کرد: این مشکلات موجب می‌شود که بیمار MS از نظر روحی با مشکل مواجه شده و دچار حمله‌های مکرر شود.
نایب رییس انجمن بیماران مبتلا به MS خوزستان ادامه داد: در این شرایط برخی بیماران به دلیل نبود داروی خارجی بتافرون، از نمونه ایرانی آن استفاده می‌کنند، زیرا هم در دسترس همگان قرار دارد و هم رایگان است.
وی گفت: در حال حاضر نمونه ایرانی این دارو در بازار موجود است، ولی چون به طور صد در صد آزمایش خود را پس نداده است، برخی بیماران به راحتی داروی ایرانی را نمی‌ پذیرند و این ناشی از برخی گمان‌ها‌ست که داروی نمونه ایرانی را با داروی خارجی برابر نمی‌دانند.

شالبافان عنوان کرد: این در حالی است که استفاده از نمونه ایرانی داروی بتافرون مشکلی ایجاد نمی‌کند و در شرایط کمبود داروی خارجی، بیماران می‌توانند از این نمونه استفاده کنند.
