اتاقی تمییز با سقفی بلند که تقریبا خالی به نظر می آمد.
سقف is explicit in Persian and “empty-looking” changed from adj. to verb in Persianبه نظر می آمد
3-He was handsome, but rather too stout. He had a pleasant smile.
خوش قیافه بود،ولی بدنی بیش از حد تنومند داشت.لبخند دلپذیری بر لب داشت.
He became implicit in Persian because of the enclitic pronoun.بدنی, داشت and بر لب are explicit.
4-He took off his hat and wiped his forehead;
مرد جوان،کلاهش را از سر برداشت و با دستمال پیشانیش را پاک کرد.
He became implicit in Persian because of the enclitic pronoun. از سر and با دستمال are explicit.
5-The doors and windows of the large square house were all wide open, to admit the purifying sunshine;
درها و پنجره های عمارت بزرگ چهارگوش همه چهار طاق باز بود تا آفتاب تطهیر کننده به درون ساختمان بتابد.
به درون ساختمان is explicit and “admit” has reversal of term in change of form.

1-If there is any doubt about it today, there certainly will be none tomorrow.
اگر امروز درباره اش شک وجود داشته باشد،یقینا فردا دیگر شکی وجود نخواهد داشت.
“There” as a pronoun is related into Persian by zero equivalent. “It” is a personal reference, prepositional object. “doubt” is ellipsis after “none” but in Persian شکی is explicit.
2-“She has never put herself to any trouble for you.”
“She must have put herself to a little, I think, to present me with so admirable sister.”
"دیگر خودش را به خاطر تو به دردسر نیاندخته است."
"برای پیشکش کردن چنین خواهر ستایش انگیزی، لابدف باید کمی به خودش زحمت داده باشد."
“She” and “I” are reference and subject pronoun and both of them omitted in Persian: ellipsis. “Herself” is unstressed reflexive pronoun and direct object. “Me” and “you” are object pronouns and indirect object.”Me” is omitted in Persian: ellipsis. “Trouble” is omitted after “a little”: ellipsis.
3-… and the red and blue sign-boards patched over the face of everything remind one of Manhometan decoration.
و تابلوهای اعلان قرمز و آبی که مثل وصله به تمام در و دیوار چسبانده شده است آدم را به یاد تزئینات مسلمانان می اندازد.
“Patched” became explicit by مثل وصله and also آدم became explicit. After “red” sign-boards was omitted: ellipsis.
4-How should I wear it?
I don’t know; differently from that.
چطور باید بیندازیمش، عزیزم؟
نمی دانم. فقط میدانم که اینطود نباید انداخت.
“It” is reference, object pronoun and direct object. عزیزمis explicit. ”I know” became implicit before differently. “That” is nominal substitute.
5-“Who” is interrogative pronoun. از پشت is explicit for “observing”. “Your” is possessive adjective and unstressed.
6-After “No” there is ellipsis, “I couldn’t tell more” is ellipsis and also in Persian.”That” is nominal substitute for “tell me more” and in Persian این کار is nominal substitute.”Her” is possessive adjective and indirect obj. and unstressed. “It” reference, obj. pronoun for “that” and it is direct obj.
7-“It” is subject pronoun reference and become explicit with این نکته. “Him” is obj. pronoun reference, direct obj. and became explicit with بر ذهنش in Persian.
8-“Herself” is unstressed reflexive pronoun and direct object. “Don’t” is verbal substitute for “judge” and also in Persian این طور نیست instead of قیاس می کند.
9-“So” is clausal substitute for “she must be very unhappy”. “He” subject pronoun reference is omitted in Persian due to enclitic pronoun: ellipsis.
10-“She” subject pronoun and “It” object pronoun and direct object are omitted in Persian: ellipsis. “Not” is clausal substitute for “she will not like it”.
11-“He” subject pronoun is translated as a noun آقای براند. در دست خود is explicit for “held”. “Her”, possessive adjective and stressed, translated in Persian گرترود: explicit.”A moment” is omitted in Persian: ellipsis.
12-“you are depressed” is omitted before “sometimes” and also in Persian: ellipsis.
