I born and grow in tehran but my orginaly is from damqan.my mom born in damqan and herorginaly is from SANGESAR.This butiful city is in the north of Semnan.
SANGESAR has biuty nature out look and old culture.
Some of people in SANGESAr are nomad and are from Sangesar tribe .
In the carnival of SANGESAR tribe mans put hat of sheep wool and woman put plaid veil with red and orange

The people like hunt and existence in nature.
They have many sheep ,horse andhoney bee apiaries in the Yeylagh.
They have different and deliciuse bread and food. They use Arosheh,Fatirand and nature honey for breakfast

In marriage they make a food with rice and sheep meet.this food is Digi.
I like this city and strong culture.

Culture of Gilan
A land by the sea and people with the generosity of lush nature. Geographical conditions are influential in how culture and customs are formed, and Gilan is no exception; an ancient culture with a wide range of customs from the Gil tribe.
The residents of this region speak Gilaki from Iran, although the dialects are different in different parts of the province. Most of the people of Gilan are Muslims and follow the Shiite religion, but there are also Sunnis in parts of the province.
The temperate climate, lush nature and fertile lands are blessed tables spread out in Gilan and its inhabitants make a living from agriculture, animal husbandry, fish farming, silkworms and bees.
Climate and geographical conditions determine the type of clothing worn by residents in different areas; in Gilan, local women's clothing is a rainbow of colors, and a 10-piece cover includes; It is possible to say that the clothing of Gilani women is one of the attractions of this province. In Gilan, there are still women who adhere to the traditional and local clothing of their culture.
Guilan men also wear traditional clothing; they wear felt hats, sleeveless shirts with bright red colors, regular and woolen trousers, and woolen coats called Choukha.
Gilan has one of the richest collections of poetry and music in the culture of Iran. The antiquity and richness of poetry and music in this region is inspired by nature.
