ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ: ﺑﺎ وﺳﻌﺘﻲ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 45481 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ در ﺣﺪود 2/8 درﺻﺪ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ ﻛﻞ ﻛﺸﻮر اﺳﺖ.

داﻣﭙﺮوري:
اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن ﺷﺮﻗﻲ ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﻣﺮاﺗﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﻪ ﻏﻨﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺮاﻛـﺰ داﻣـﺪاري ﻛـﺸﻮر

ﻛﺸﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﻲ آﻳﺪ.


ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت داﻣﻲ:

دﺑﺎﻏﻲ در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﭼﺮم ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد . در ﺻﻮرت ﺑﺎﻻ رﻓﺘﻦ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﭘﺮوﺳﺲ ﭼﺮم ﻫـﺎي ﺳـﻨﮕﻴﻦ و
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻴﻤﺖ آ ن، اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن از ﻣﺰﻳﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﻲ در ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ و ﺻـﺎدرات ﭼـﺮم و ﻣﺤـﺼﻮﻻت ﭼﺮﻣـﻲ
ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ.
ﭘﺸﻢ: ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺸﻢ ﮔﻮﺳﻔﻨﺪي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ 3/6 ﻫﺰارﺗﻦ در ﺳﺎل ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻤـﺪﺗﺎً
ﺑﻪ ﻧﺦ ﻗﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪه و در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻓﺮش ﻛﻢ رج ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺸﻢ

ﮔﻮﺷﺖ: اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺎ دارا ﺑﻮدن ﺑﻴﺶ از 8/3 ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮن واﺣﺪ داﻣﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﺸﻮر از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻤﻲ در رده
ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ ﻗﺮار دارد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ و وزن ﻻﺷﻪ دام ﻫﺎي ﻛـﺸﺘﺎري، در رده ﭘـﺎﺋﻴﻨﻲ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ
اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﺜﺎل در ﺳﺎل 1382 ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﮔﻮﺷﺖ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﺮ 58122 ﺗﻦ ﺑﻮده ﻛﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺣﺠﻢ 6/3% ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ
ﻛﺸﻮر ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
ﻣﺮغ: ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﮔﻮﺷﺖ ﺳﻔﻴﺪ ﻣﺮغ ( ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺎﻧﻪ) در اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻴﺶ از 56,000 ﺗﻦ ﺑﻮده ﻛـﻪ در
ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻛﺎﻣﻞ و ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ از واﺣﺪﻫﺎي ﭘﺮورﺷﻲ ﻃﻴﻮر ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣـﻲ
ﻳﺎﺑﺪ.
ﺗﺨﻢ ﻣﺮغ : در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻴﺶ از 331 واﺣﺪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﻣﺮغ ﺗﺨﻢ ﮔﺬار ﺑﺎ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ 7190 ﻫﺰار ﻗﻄﻌﻪ
وﺟﻮد دارد . ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺗﺨﻢ ﻣﺮغ ﺟﺰء ﻣﺰﻳﺖ اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد . ﺳﻬﻢ اﺳﺘﺎن در ﺗﻮﻟﻴـﺪ ﺗﺨـﻢ
ﻣﺮغ ﻛﺸﻮر ﺣﺪود 10% اﺳﺖ.
ﺟﻨﮕﻞ و ﻣﺮﺗﻊ:
وﺳﻌﺖ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺟﻨﮕﻠﻲ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻴﺶ از 144 ﻫﺰار ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ( 1/2 درﺻﺪ از ﻛﻞ ﺟﻨﮕﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻛﺸﻮر ) ﻣـﻲ

ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﻣﺮﻃﻮب و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ وﺟﻮد ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺸﻚ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ( ﺑﻨﻪ ) ( داﻏﺪاﻏﺎن ) و ( ﻋﻨـﺎب ) ﺷـﺒﺎﻫﺖ
زﻳﺎدي ﺑﻪ ﺟﻨﮕﻞ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ دارد.
