1.this is diffrences between two mother at past.one mother was single ,had qwn life with three children,limited income and had raise for three children.but she was not at home and children was only.
Another mother was fortunatly because she had part time work and had enough time for children and her husband.she could support familly and husband in start new business.she did just have extra money.
speaker say at last one income was enough for a family but now we need to2 incom forprovide any of our need.

2.in this part some of man said"staying at home and taking of your kids was demeaning to a woman.its point and not bad.but now woman having ailments that were attributed to men.becausethey were out in the work face and they were the highpowered executive.

3.speaker belive its better in familly we have been balance bet ween parents for care children and he or she thinking when we spending long time and energy in our job we dont have enough energy for kids.its beter in countries we have booe pogressive laws for working mother.

The summary of working moms:
Speakers were comparing their mothers to each other.
The woman said her mother was a single mom and had limited income to spend for her three children, but the man said her mother was wealthy enough to take time off of work and raised him and his brother, and when she came back to work she didn’t work as a full-time and she just worked to have the extra spending money.
After that the man said his thoughts and said he believes there should be two incomes to support any household with children and if he’d had children he would have provided them what his parents provided him.

The summary of changing perspectives:
The speaker was talking about women who are employed or housewife,
He said there was a time when somebody said that staying home and taking care of children was demeaning to a woman, but these days some employed women are just tired of working and saying: maybe staying home and taking care of the kids wasn’t so bad. It’s like a situation which no one still figures out.

The summary of balancing work and family:
The speaker was talking about the time he spent at work, he believed despite the fact that he always tried to spend alot time with his family, but he spent all his time on work things and he hardly saw his family.
The other thing he talked about was the way people think about mothers who are workers, he thought that in progressive countries it’s much better for mothers to work.
